The Badr Group has confirmed the appointment of Savills Oman as the selling agent for the release of their next venture, to be known as Badr al Hamra.
Sales at Badr al Hamra, a unique apartment concept with pool, gym and outstanding views will commence in the coming weeks.
Yasir Sulaiman, director of Badr Group reports that the high demand and rapid sell out of their previous project in at Badr al Qurum, was the motivating factor for the new development.
He said, "When marketing Badr al Qurum, we noticed a healthy trend that the buyers were extremely well informed about the property market. They asked pertinent questions about the security of the financing for the project, the consultants involved and likely investment returns. Being able to properly answer their concerns resulted in a virtual sell out by Savills in under four weeks of launch. Our next project will go one step further, giving unparalleled confidence to its buyers and we anticipate a high degree of interest when we launch the sale."
Shiji Thomas, Head of Sales and Savills Oman commented, "We are pleased to be working again with the Badr Group. Their integrity and professionalism in the Muscat real estate market is well known and our two groups have a healthy working relationship. We look forward to launching this exciting new scheme shortly'.
Badr has fast become known for their innovative approach to development, combining a flair for contemporary design, high quality finishes and timely completion. With all their developments being fully financed before construction commences, buyers have the confidence that their projects will be finished on time and are not dependent on sales throughout the construction period.
