The ongoing growth of the real estate sector and the continuous construction of new developments to meet growing population and urbanisation places greater pressure on the real estate industry as a whole to try and incorporate more Environmental Social and Governance aspects.

This calls for more a sustainable approach to development across Egypt which has seen an increase in urbanisation rate and a growth in domestic population leading to a strong growth in construction activity over the last few years.
